SHIPPING & RETURNS

 RETURN POLICY

  • OAK does not cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Items can be returned to OAK CLOTHING CO. 264 MAIN ST WELLINGTON ONT K0K 3L0.  Please contact info@oakclothingpec.com for return shipping questions. 
  • Merchandise may be exchanged for another item of equal value or store credit to be used at a later date.  Store credit option will be emailed once product is received. 
  • All sale items and swimwear are final sale. 

SHIPPING 

  • Orders placed after 12pm EST Monday-Thursday will be sent out the following business day.  We do not process orders over the weekend.  Orders placed after 12pm EST Friday will be shipped the following Monday. 
  • We currently ship within Canada & USA.  For items shipping to USA, customer is responsible for all duties and customs owed outside of shipping paid when items are purchased. 
  • All orders are shipped regular parcel via CANADA POST unless customer has purchased a higher shipping rate. 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.  Merchandise may only be exchanged for another item or store credit, we do not process returns. 
  • Shipping and handling will not be refunded.  Customer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. 
  • Customer will receive a tracking number once item has shipped. 
  • OAK is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.  Tracking numbers will be provided.
